Submission guidelines
Format
Abstract of up to 250 words with a title of up to 180 characters. Structured or unstructured formats are both welcome.
Presentation types
Indicate your preference: oral presentation, poster presentation, or either. The organizing committee assigns the final format after review.
Who can submit
Medical students, residents, graduate researchers, and faculty. The presenting author receives all correspondence about the submission.
What you'll need
Presenter details (name, institutional email, university, program), your abstract, and each co-author's name and institution in publication order.
Topics
Choose the primary topic that best fits your work.
How it works

Submit by August 15
Complete the submission form. You'll get a confirmation from Google Forms once it's in.

Committee review
The organizing committee reviews all abstracts and assigns oral and poster presentations.

Applicants are contacted with the outcome of their submission after the review process.
